Divino Resorts is a luxury boutique resort network with properties in Santorini, Greece, and Gili Air, Lombok. They target high-end guests from Europe and Asia who seek an exclusive and personalized mindful hospitality experience.

Their entire booking process relies on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like Booking.com and Expedia, which take a 15–20% commission per transaction. Besides losing profit margins, they also lose control over their brand experience and guest data. Their old website looked generic and didn't reflect the true quality of their properties.

  • Showcase the property’s beauty through high-quality photos and videos without compromising loading speed
  • A smooth and trustworthy direct reservation system for international guests
  • Website bilingual (Indonesia & English) for reaching both markets simultaneously
  • Design that reflects luxury and the mindful hospitality concept

FSL developed a premium WordPress website with a visual-first design — featuring a full-screen gallery, ambient video in the hero section, and a layout that showcases every corner of the property in a dramatic way. The direct reservation system is integrated with a simple yet elegant form, reducing friction for international guests. A bilingual content structure (ID/EN) ensures the resort’s message reaches both target segments effectively.

The website successfully became a direct booking channel, reducing dependence on OTAs. Its premium visual presentation positions the property on par with high-end international resorts. The client now has full control over the brand experience and guest data—assets that cannot be obtained from any OTA.

Lesson from this project: For hospitality businesses, a website is not just a digital brochure — it is a standalone sales channel that can free the business from reliance on third-party platforms that erode profit margins.
