1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Full Stack Lombok, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Services Provided

Full Stack Lombok provides website development, mobile app development, Shopify development, UI/UX design, and other digital services. Each project is executed based on a written agreement reached between both parties.

3. Payment

Payment is made on a 50% deposit basis at the start and 50% upon project handover. Full Stack Lombok reserves the right to halt development if payment is not completed as agreed. pengerjaan jika pembayaran tidak diselesaikan sesuai perjanjian.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

After full payment is completed, full ownership of the website/application is transferred to the client. Full Stack Lombok reserves the right to display the work in its portfolio with the client’s permission.

5. Warranty

We provide a 30-day maintenance warranty after handover, covering bug fixes from the development process. This does not include design changes or new feature requests.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through mutual consultation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled through legal channels in the jurisdiction of Mataram City, NTB.
