There is no minimum or long-term contract. All packages are monthly and can be canceled at any time with a 7-day notice before the next billing period. We believe clients continue their subscription because they are satisfied with our service, not because they are locked into a contract.
No — we also accept maintenance for websites created by other developers. The process starts with a brief technical audit (free of charge) to understand the condition of your website, after which we recommend the appropriate package. Costs may vary slightly for websites outside the FSL ecosystem.
Content update refers to changes in text, images, prices, or existing data on your website — not the addition of new pages or features. Examples include updating product prices, changing banner images, modifying text on the about page, or adding new testimonials. Each "update" is counted as a single request.
Simply send a WhatsApp message to the FSL team with a description of the issue or request. No need for formal emails or complicated support tickets. Our team will confirm receipt and provide an estimated resolution time according to your package's SLA. We also proactively contact you if any issues are found during routine monitoring.
For Standard and higher packages, our automated monitoring system will detect downtime and send an alert to the FSL team. The initial response (check and diagnosis) is conducted as quickly as possible. Full handling is provided during business hours unless you have an Enterprise package with 24-hour emergency response. Issues outside of business hours for Basic/Standard packages will be addressed during the next business day.
Yes, that is one of the main functions of backups. If a serious issue occurs — website hacked, data corrupted, or a problematic update — we can restore it to the last clean backup state. The restore process usually takes 1–4 hours depending on the website size and your package.
Yes. Package upgrades can be done at any time and take effect starting the following month. Downgrades are also possible with a minimum notification of 7 days before the new billing period. There are no penalties for upgrading or downgrading packages.
Invoices are sent at the beginning of each month via WhatsApp, and payments are made in advance (prepaid) for the current period. Payments can be made via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) or QRIS. The service begins after payment confirmation. There is a 10% discount for annual payments made in advance.
